I recently purchased a tru-cut band mill (tru-cut is the name on the cover of the mill) I can't find any info about this brand of mill and I'm guessing it is probably an older one. Anyhow it needs a little tlc and some parts are missing. I can fabricate these but would like to know if the company that made these mills is still in business. Anyone have experience with these???? thanks for any replies in advance.

I had looked at a Tru-cut, used mill in mid Mi.  They were built in Ky by an Amish guy.  That's all I know.

Hi , I am interested in buying a large slab mill (band saw mill) There is a Tru-cut band saw mill on EBay now. It is being sold by Donaldson Machine in Waynesburg KY  . I called and talked to him . the feeling I get is someone else is building this mill and he is adding some parts to it and selling them. one of Your other posts said the Amish were building this mill ? That my be what is going on and why You cant find the original builder in that he does not have a phone or electricity ( he must have a steam powered welder) anyhow right me back,  Doug Clark
