Tilly HR is next larger size carb over the HL  . HD is bigger then the HR.

Holman, by any chance you have an HD diaphragm  to possibly check it's diameter?  The info I have shows an HR and an HL using the same one, Part # 012475 superseded to 237-600.

Chet, measured HD carb diaphrams diameter 2 5/8" inches.
The HR and HL are both 2 1/8"

My HD is 42mm venturi
HR is 34mm "
HL I believe is 27mm "

HD is 2 5/8" diameter diaphrams.

That's what happens when I'm in a hurry to go pickup my kids from the swimming pool.

Thanks much for taking the time to measure, very much appreciated.  If your last HD measurement is still a typo and is 2 5/16" and not 2 5/8" it'l fit the HP perfect. :D
