Already said welcome but wanted to say my Council Hookaroon did extra work today in helping me get three small stumps out of the ground.  It did a great job in that the hook was able to get into the stump in the ground and let me pry at the stump.  The ground was soft and spongy but by working the hookaroon around the stump they came up easily.  Yes, I do use it in helping me move logs around my mill.

Is this the same council co that made/makes the fire rake with the sickle bar mower type teeth?
I spent a little time on one in the 60s
worked great for scratching fire line.

Yes Sir, it is the same company, and they still make the same rake...

Check out their website for more info, or for a trip down memory lane..

Peace, Rooster :)

Welcome. I own a few of your tools and even though I inherited these tools, I still wouldn't trade them for anything. I use them regularly.

Hey Guys,

Don't forget that with our partnership with the forum, we have our own sub-forum in the vendor section.

Come on over and check out what's happening and visit with us and talk "axes and such".

New products will be coming out periodically, and they will be announced/ showcased in our vendor forum.

Good things on the horizon for Council Tool !!

Peace, Rooster
