Such a beautiful sight at 6am, and by the way, I don't walk out the door of my house before daylight unless I got my PIECE! You never know who or what is hiding in the bushes  :D
Nice looking mill. Them wides give me the envy. I could use that extra 6 inches every day it seems. That motor you chose is a good one. We used the same motor on my sons Peterson WPF10 after the 24 horse honda took the dirt nap. That mill cut several million feet over the years and wore out the mill. Its still running strong.
GOLDEN RULE : The guy with the gold, makes the rules.

Congratulations on the new mill.  Running that mill will be your favorite activity. I know that my favorite outdoor activity is sawing logs on my LT40.  Which reminds me. I have to go set some teeth and sharpen some blades so I can get back outdoors.

Kinda generic off brand laser I found online,  think it came from Canada.  But it sure works sweet!

Too bad the WM laser isn't green. It would come in handy on the long logs..

Dang! You just spent some money for me with that laser. I've thought there might be some value in having one, but to see it..... hopefully you can share some details on what you used

Yes it is "Green Light On The Southern" written by Norman Blake (Bluegrass Music).
(Its supposed to be "railroad line" not "yellow pine").      :)

I love being able to tail my own lumber while the saw is a sawin', but may need that dragback soon.   8) 8)  anyone ever built there own dragback for a 40?

While mine is just an LT28, I can see the value of that laser.  Mind sharing some more pics and how its mounted etc.  Could save some time and lumber over the course of a day sawing.

Laser looks awesome! I checked into it, but they said that even the green is questionable unless you're indoors (under roof) since may not see it in sunlight.

Question about shed: why did you do wood decking instead of on a slab? Curious how you made it for supporting all the weight/use.
