I was going to start this post when we bought the MetalMizer but it never got installed.  Last fall we went out to WoodMizer to pick up our MetalMizer and drove it back to CT.

Yes and we had the show trailer behind that.  We got a lot of looks.
Well the MetalMizer has moved to its new home at the new building.

I know everyone on this forum has heard of WoodMizer but you might not have heard of MetalMizer.  Yes, WM make bandsaws for cutting metal!

The reason we never set it up is the MetalMizer was a different height than our tables/rollers.  When we move the MetalMizer will replace our current bandsaw.

How are you liking the metalmizer? Been eyeing it myself but it's a pretty good investment for what we do.

It is very sad but we have not used it yet.  The plan is for it to be in use in new building.  I'll keep you posted.

Well most of us are in the new building.  The MetalMizer is now in use and cutting all kinds of parts.  Just yesterday it cut tube for the log stands.
But before it went into production we made a few test cuts.

Here is a very short video of the first two cuts.
