Can someone direct me to where I can find actual plans for building a solar kiln?  I want  to start cutting my lumber for the build and am in need of a cut list.

I asked too soon.  I just found the VT model.  Thanks anyway.

welcome. and if you have questions, several folks here use them.  and @GeneWengert-WoodDoc helped develop that kiln.  he can way in on the big questions.

Just follow the plans and it will perform very well.  It is a simple and excellent design.

Take steps to save steps.

If it won't roll, its not a log; it's still a tree.  Sawmills cut logs, not trees.

Kiln drying wood: When the cookies are burned, they're burned, and you can't fix them.

Sawing is fun for the first couple million boards.

Be smarter than the sawdust
