Anybody know of a Tie or Pallet Buyer in North Central Louisiana or South Ark

I am not up and running yet but was interested to see if anyone knew of any cross tie buyers or pallet buyers located near Monroe Louisiana and if so what pallets or ties were selling for?

There is a pallet manufacturer on Whites Ferry road in West Monroe.  There is also a pallet manufacturer leaving Crosset heading toward Bastrop.  There was a major tie buyer up around Magnolia for a long time--Maybe Waldo.  Can't remember his first name.  Mr. Welch is all I can remember.  I think his son runs it now.

It had been a few months and just wanted to check again to see if anyone knew of a tie buyer in South Arkansas. I had heard there was a tie plant being enlarged in Camden Ark.
