LMAO... I have used Stihl saws my entire life... In the woods, on the landing, buckin' and bumpin knots, and just for plain ol' firewood cuttin'.  From 028's to 076's... Never had an "issue" with filters.  I have not owned any Husqvarnas, but have ran plenty... no "issues" with them either.

I just chalk it up to a lot of "overengineering" on some of the paranoids...  :D
