I'm looking for a vacuum kiln operation near southwest Missouri. I haven't found any close results. I suppose the alternative would be a service to mill a log, ship it to a vacuum kiln and have it shipped back. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge or cost estimates on taking this route? I have some clients who want a table made from a tree on their property and they don't want to wait two years for the wood to dry. Thanks!
