What year is my Garrett 15

I am a new member and have just purchased an old Garrett 15 and I don't know what year it is and my computer will not cooperate in helping me find out. I have the original parts book that has the serial number in it. 25103516 Model No. 15 Garrett Tree Farmer. Any help?

I've done some web searches because I'm just about as curious as you are. No luck so far. I'll keep digging.

Where was it made? Fort William (Thunder Bay)?

Your parts book should have a print date...usually on the front or back covers somewhere. It will be a month and year code like 10-59 or something similar. If it's there it will give you a year range to start with.
I have seen Tree Farmer C5B's listed as early as 1964 models. I would guess that your Garrett would be older than the Tree Farmer "B" series.
Late 50's early 60's?

Pics please I was told mine was made in 1964 but I dont know where the sn number is .

Thanks to everyone for your reply's I will post some pics. I found no date on any of my books. I think my 15 is probably about a 1960 give or take a couple of years but just curious.
