Technically, beef should be considered part of a plant based diet. After all, they only eat plants. Therefore, they must be plant based.

And Jeff thought that was venison that Reddog sent him  :).  He sure has been hunting yotes a lot  ;D.  That ain't chicken in yore Chicken Chow Mein...

I helped open the new Penzey's store in Germantown TN as Fire Marshal.  Man, if you're not hungry before you go in you'll be when you leave.  They just introduced this month, Freeze Dried Minced Garlic.  I picked up a free sample the day they mailed out the coupon.  We use so much garlic, I buy it minced in a 32 oz. container.  Nice rack, real nice.  We keep ours in the cabinet and I'm digging through it and dropping stuff looking for what I can't find.

I was at Penzey's yesterday and got some 'o that garlic.

It is really potent and really good  ;D

Garlic is good for ya. I knew an old lady, lived at the end of the road. She ate lots of the stuff. That old girl was well preserved and she lived to be over 100. ;) You could never find an actual lawn at her place, she had it all planted in flowers and herbs. ;D :D

went to Appelton friday to get a spare damper solenoid for the owb and we stoped at penzey's on your recomendation. Got garlic and other spices  Havent tried them yet

You can order from their website as well. The closest Penzey's to us is over an hour away, so we use their webstore. They ship immediately and their spices are always fresh.
