Figs are in here at the farmer's market.  I did a search and saw figs included in threads other than "Food."  Thought ya'll might like these.  The sweet and salt come together in your mouth like good harmony in a duo performed song. 

I cook bacon in the oven till it's about 80% done but still flexible.

Cut it in half and wrap a fig securing the bacon with a tooth.

Space on a cooling rack not touching and placed back on the same cooking pan.

Back in the oven @ 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your bacon.

Let them cool to warm and serve.
