Can't ride so I'm cooking! Happiness is all 4 burners going at once.
Pan fried Delmonicos, Royal red shrimp Scampi, Stone crab Claws and garlic potatoes.

Vegie of choice with that meal would be asparagus, or just like it is ;D. Wonderful steak and double seafood!!!

I put parsley in the potatoes and counted that as the green veggie.lol

Rotater cuff surgery a couple weeks ago. No riding till end of April at least. Then I'm having a total knee done shortly after that.
Can't ride or do much of anything with my strong arm in a sling so I'm cooking, eating and getting fat. Figure I'm be putting on 20 pounds by the time it's over.
Always figured 300 would be in my future at 286 now so only need 14 to hit it.
