An eBay listing for a cheap, no name saw.  If you look at the third picture, it is instructions for mounting the chain.  I guess I always did it backwards.

So does the firewood log ;D.  I have to admit that ONCE, not paying attention, I put a band saw blade on wrong, with teeth up instead of down. It didn't cut too well either ::)

I do that when I flip the bar. Keeps it balanced  ;^)

Maybe that's the way it turns; out on bottom, in on top.. any safety concern cutting backwards?
I think it would wear you out, leaning into saw all the time.

So, cut logs from bottom up.

Is that why I was unable to respond until now? I have had customers do that so they could cut with the top side of the bar. :D
