Gotcha, I had never seen the seed head before, but found the tiny seeds when it dried.  I am doing another turkey and this floated up in the brine.

I knew there was an answer here.

Well, I get in trouble for calling it that here. It is actually Anise Bread. I'll let you figure it out. :-X
