Yes it's not really all that much fun to watch the trees die out from drought or bugs. We are due for a budworm kill. That also means lots of fires.

My well is over 200' deep, and so far, knock on wood, it is OK.

Last year my mother-in-laws well fizzled out. It was about 200 feet deep. She ended up going 320 I think. Mine is 380 feet deep and it's been a champ all the way through. I think I'm in a different water aquifer than her though. I'd need to double check the maps.
