Found out something today and it's nice to learn something new.
As many here I use windshield washer lub on my blade in the winter. I am setting up a new Blade sharpener and the engineer had RV antifreeze for the blade lub for the sharpener. I questioned it and found that the RV style is PolyEthalgychol  . It is OK with all rubber and has a corrosion resistant with it.
Windshield washer doesn't'. If you don't sharpen your blades and they set you might want to which to it. Also if you have a sharpener use the RV it is better.

I've used RV antifreeze, works great.

Sometimes even cheaper, but around here, usually not.

Didn't know about the anticorrosion issue, but it makes sense because it's primary use is in plumbing for drinking water.
