Maybe take a look at this.

Its definitely a windows security setting, and may be limited to IE.  If you tried firefox and it works, then you would know for sure. Firefox is as secure as IE.

I've downloaded Java (again) from this site, and when I click the "Upload or insert Photo?" box I get a message that says that Windows doesn't recognize the digital signature. So I click to run it anyway. And the Upload page still does not come up.

I'm running XP on my computer.

I had the same problem when I got this laptop. The computer guy said that XP had a conflict with java. He told me to take it off completely, put it back on then go to it and ask it to update. Worked fine after that.

If this has worked I'm gonna wish I'd left a trail of crumbs (tears) to retrace and be able to do it again.

I don't know what you were doing that might not work, but the picture sure looks nice. ;)

Looks like it's workin'!

Jeff

So what was it you did to cure the problem?

I decoupled this computer from the engineering computer, re-viewed your video, and just kept with it.

Incidentally, I've got three galleries, it seems, and I just need one...either of the ones with the turtle photo in it. You can delete the others if you want.

Thanks.

The video is a big help. I've been wanting to post photo's for a long time.

Jeff

You only have one gallery with one album from whatI can see, the others may be community a;bums you have access too. I really don't know without seeing what you are seeing.

Anyhow, good job. :)

I think this may be a problem with my computer, I've uploaded pictures before but now I can't get them resized.  I tried uploading the java program again, it says I already have it, I downloaded Magicmans resizer and it wouldn't work, all the pictures were taken with the same camera, not sure what I'm doing wrong.  This week my step son (down loaded?) firefox, java still won't work.  I did like the video Jeff, that will help out a lot of folks, it took me a long time to figure it out the first time, and like everyone else says it's easy once you've done it, just don't know why I can't do it again. ::)
