Mill sale

I am about to sale my small mill  . I have a buyer but I have been very hesitant to put a price on it especially with some of the prices of intro mills available. The mill is a baker ez mill that I have put on a very solid and functional deck. I know what I have in it. My primary concern is to price it fairly. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
