Thanks Jeff,

I seem to have problems getting to a page where I can upload photos.  I open the forum,  select Sawmills and Milling and log in.  Yesterday after some time there was a page that came up with the upload buttom, or whatever on it. I was able to do a couple.  Is there something with this admin thing that I am missing.

I thought if I were logged in and selected the icon on the Highpockets that says image archives, this would let me get to my gallery.  I guess I do not understand know how to get to my gallery and have permission to upload.

Just hand with me, I'll get there in time.
Thanks

Your certainly getting close as you got photos in your gallery.

Any time you are logged into the forum, just click on the image archive link above and click on the upload file link.

Yesterday morning I thought I had this thing coming my way but this morning I tried to upload and can not find the page allowing me to upload.

I opened my browser and went to https://forestryforum.com/.  I selected SAWMILLS AND MILLING which took me to here,  https://forestryforum.com/board/index.php?board=7.0.    I had a lot of trouble logging in but finally got to here  https://forestryforum.com/board/index.php?PHPSESSID=cd5acc8a0ab5edae6282be07a7329115&board=7.0    I then selected image archive and got to here. https://forestryforum.com/gallery/

Why can't I get to the webpage that allows upload files?

What I do is click on any subject and scroll to the bottom of any thread. Hit reply and there is the link. The rest you seem to understand. To post the pics, click on whatever pic ya want and it will open in a new window. Click on the fine print that says copy this photo and it will highlight. then go to a reply on whatever thread and paste. Remember to put a space between photos when ya paste 'em  ;)

You are there, look for the line at the top that reads "upload files" and click it for the upload page.

When I click on image archive (already logged in) I get to this page and this is what I see.  It seems to be taking me some four times to get logged in.

Sounds like you have a security setting to high and it is not allowing cookies. I belive your password is carried through out the forum in a cookie.
Let's try something else first, close your browser, and disconect from the internet.
Click on "Start" in your tool bar.
Click on "Control Panel".
Then click on "Network and Internet Connections".
Now click "Internet Options".
Delete your Temporary Internet Files and you may or may not want to clear your history while you are there.

Now, use this address to come back to the forum: https://forestryforum.com and sign in right there at the home page. If that don't work, and it may not, you will have to adjust you security settings to allow cookies.

Furby,

I think you are one the right trail.  I have my desktop computer in the office and a laptop on wireless that I use while watching t.v.  Last night I got to thinking about a potentialcookie problem. Seems that my laptop will show the page including the upload option.  On my desktop I have to try some four times just to sign in.  It shows the forestforum ?? whatever page but the upload icon, wording, etc is simply not there.  Now this morning on my desktop, I signed in three times before it accepted it. When I got on line, I could also get the upload thing.  Thanks, I'll keep trying.
