Sooo, how do they replace removed trees before cutting them down? Bureaucratic over reach is right, it has gotten that way here as well.

I caught that also. That had a plan replace them with Christmas trees

Probably on a different site. They're looking for free reforestation work. I'd plant a locust, a poplar, and a maple. The other 1397 trees will come along shortly  :^D
