Jill was moving her oldest son Chase into his apartment for his senior year at UW Madison yesterday.

I was left all by myself, so I thought I would smoke sumpthin' up  ;D

Brisket at 10:30 a.m. @ 220°

Just dug new potatoes fried up nice and crispy with an unidentified pepper that was a little hotter than I thought!

This was a great dinner. Too bad Jill missed it as she was scrubbin' bathroom walls  :D  :D  :D

Looks yummy :) Tell me about the smokin.  Did you marinade or brine it?  Is that your own rub or store bought?  How many total hours smokin?

I know you got a good grill, so this should be easy for you.

It was in for 10 hours at 220 with hickory chips in a pan soaked in water overnight.

No brine I marinated it in whorechester sauce and basil overnight

Then I put sea salt, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sage for a rub.

It was delish!  digin_2 digin_2
