Has anyone read this book "with the grain". Sounds interesting and I would like to get others opinion on it.

It's good, I have a copy and the companion DVD.

It focuses on traditional furniture building techniques to allow movement without the furniture falling apart over time.

I haven't read that book, but I've bought several books from "Lost Art Press" and they only sell the good stuff.

I have read Christian Becksvoort articles in FWW for years and think he is a very knowledgeable craftsman.  He comes up with some unique and original projects.  I also follow him on IG to see what he is up to.
