Umm... for the record I highly doubt the pictures of the mill shown were taken in the Netherlands. :uhoh:

The photos in the machineryline ad and the ones in reply #13 all appear to be taken at the same time in the same place. If you look closely in the first picture in reply #13 you will clearly see an early 2000's Chevy Tahoe, and a similar vintage Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep at least appears at a distance to have a rectangle shaped (USA) license plate. In the second photo there is a Ford F-series 350 or bigger truck along with what appears to be an American truck in front of it. All these USA vehicles in one place in the Netherlands, possible, but not likely.

I was soooo close!  They said I could have it for twice the delivery fee if you didn't get it.

I drove all the way to the Netherlands from Alabama, non stop.  I think I saw the mill in the far distance, but couldn't be sure because right at that time, BigFoot jumped out right in front of me.  I stepped on the gas and ran it over (along with most of the Discovery Channel Expedition Bigfoot crew), and started getting closer to the mill, and then Lock Ness Monster ran across the road, and I got distracted.

Oh well.
YellowHammerisms:

Take steps to save steps.

If it won't roll, its not a log; it's still a tree.  Sawmills cut logs, not trees.

Sawing is fun for the first couple million boards.

Well, that goes to show there is more than one Bigfoot, because he was here just yesterday.
I can change my profile okay. No errors. If you can,t remove all the extra info in other fields and try.

The year that Green Acres came out my Dad got a job in Michigan. We moved from Tenn to a suburb of Detroit and the first Day at school in the 8th grade I had 7 Fights.
Coming from a little 3 room school house to a large one, everytime I said Hello someone thought they needed to fight. I finally asked who was the toughest one there and they all said a M Coon.
I was told he was in the Gym and I went to see him. He was 16 in the 8th grade and was the real mccoy. I introduced myself and sucker punched him. He was so good that he moved out from my hit and asked why. I told him that is I was going to have to fight everybody here I might as well start with the best and work down. He chuckled and said I was OK. Nobody wanted to mess with me after that. Green Acres was not my favorite show, but it did make some good stories.

They used to call my FIL Kimball because he dressed like Hank Kimball hat, jacket and all. I don't guess he had to fight about it but it was a funny coincidence.
