Looking for any info on this fowarder, how well does that roof mount loader work? Can you reach in front of it.  How well does it work in a hardwood sawlog operation.

I think you can reach around the front. It should handle logs up to 14 ft.

we have a 170 franklin forwarder it will reach out in front good little machine very tippie on banks with boom out ours has a 16 foot bed we use it know to gather hardwood tops for bio mass
