Timber framing workshop

Hello,

What I learned so far as a new member to this forum and a new member to the timber framing world is that I have lots to learn!  Can anyone suggest a good timber framing workshop?  I prefer working with hand tools.  I'm also interested in hand hewing. 

Location is flexible.  If its a good workshop and the timing is right, I can make it to most any location.  My home is in Slovenia but I am in the US for work most of the summer (pandemic dependent).

I dont live under a rock, I realize now is not the time to be taking a populated class.  I am hoping in the near future something like this will be possible.
