Title: KABOBS
Post by: caveman on July 27, 2019, 10:02:50 PM
This is not as good as venison kabobs but if you are looking for a quick meal here is a suggestion.  Ingredients include Vidalia onion, pine apple, chicken breast and pork tenderloin.  Cut up into `1" or so squares and put them on a skewer.  The propane grill has some cherry noodles added for flavor.  Give them about 18 minutes and try them.

They are fit to eat.  I season them with the same rub that I use for ribs.

I usually do bacon wrapped shrimp and pineapple.

Over the weekend we tried bacon wrapped chicken with sweet baby rays bbq sauce. That was pretty darn good.
