  Has anyone ever seen or used a chainsaw mill that uses a wooden frame for the saw to mount on seen this on u-tube and was wondering if it is able to work curious to find out.   Good day to all happy milling

I've seen 2 or 3 on youtube. The one's I saw looked like a good way to get hurt. Which one are you asking about?

Will Malloff wrote Chainsaw Lumber Making, Baileys used to sell it back in the day. He had a wooden mill he showed how to build out of two by fours, kind of a poor mans chainsaw mill, looked like it functioned though....

Just curious to find people who might have seen or operated one.  I like the vintage ideas that most people forget about. To build one to take to shows so that people can see that this was one form that did or does still work.  For the curious minds wondering what that devil is that.  Too all  who takes the time to read this have a wonderful day.
