Home build cantilever

Has anyone ever built a cantilever head on a self build. Ever home build I have ever found  is a 4 post design.

Still a ways out from doing my build but was just curious.

There are past posts by a member called Florida Deadheader, he had a home brew mill that was a loose copy of a WM LT40, appropriately named "Homey" iirc. Use the search function on here.
