Step by step help please picture post

I don't have trouble on the other wood burning forum posting pictures but I'm having trouble on this site   It's from a I-Pad.     Would somebody willing to go through it for me I know how to get it from the camera roll   I'm having trouble on the uploading apparently this is what it says below when I try to upload
