Tire Dimensions

Hey everyone!

I searched the web and this forum for information I am desperately looking for, but with no success! So I decided to join this large and dedicated community.
I got a quick look on forum and it looks like I'm from different side to forestry business. I am working in a small company which is building forwarders for swampy places.

Now to my question about tires.
The tires we used up till now has been canceled and we are forced to look for different tires. I found one smaller tire, but when we received these new tires they were actually 60..70 mm smaller in diameter than specified by manufacturer. Now I am looking to order bigger tires, but first I want to know actual outside diameter.

If some of you have the possibility to measure width and circumference for mounted, normally inflated and unloaded following tire, I would appreciate it a lot.  ;)
