Radiata Pine stickers for air drying white oak?

Good evening all.  I am milling white oak and have run out of stickers.  Can I rip the kiln dried Radiata (Monterey) Pine that my sawmill was shipped in four years ago into stickers or will it cause "sticker stain"?

If the wood is dry, I would thing they would make great stickers.
