Specialty drying/vacuum kiln needed

So I have some 12/4 x 13 walnut lumber that I need to get dry in a month or so, and the lumber will be green, not air dried. Obviously it's gonna hafta be a vacuum kiln. I'm looking for direction or referrals on where to find one...I'm in eastern PA....prefer within a few hours drive, but willing to do what it takes to get it done, possibly freight shipping. May have an ongoing need? Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
