I notice WM came out with a website redesign. I realize there will be bumps in the road as they get it working. It's been my go-to for ordering parts and now it's not working for me. It's showing the wrong parts for my 1989 LT40HD. And I don't see the functionality the old site had that let you just enter a part number to add to your cart. I sent a message through their contact us form about this, but haven't gotten a response. I assume for the time being I have to call in my orders. But I was curious if anyone has found a way to order parts from the new site by entering part #?

I have not tried to order anything but I do know that it is flippity.  Jumps around and is difficult to zero in on anything.  smiley_thumbsdown

I always call in for an order. That way, they and I are talking about the same part. ffsmiley

I love being able to order online. I've never had an issue getting the right parts (or blades) as long as I picked the right item😊

Woodmizer's people are typically excellent, but I hate being put on hold. So I go on the website, and a few clicks and I'm finished.

I looked at the new website, got myself registered and up to speed. First thing I was disappointed about is it won't let me select the blade I use -Silvertip 7/39 Turbo 1.5"x.045", in fact it only listed Silvertips in 10° 1¼" width. Hopefully this is just a programming oversight and they didn't actually quit producing them.

My thoughts exactly. And if at midnight something pops into my head that I need to order, I can get it done before I forget.

I write software for my day job, so I understand it will be a bumpy process to get their new site going. But I do wish they would have tested more. Maybe (hopefully), someone from WM will see this thread and use it for feedback.

The new website initially did not include any of my equipment.  Just today I see the sawmill only is listed but clicking on the mill hyperlink doesn't lead to parts selection.  I sent an email a couple days ago but haven't received a reply. WoodMizer didn't have any trouble shipping me an order of blades but I'm a bit nervous about mill parts and a lack of response to email.  I too have had excellent results when calling orders or tech-help.  The ability to order correct parts at any time has been a real benefit.

I do not remember ever ordering parts online.  My parts orders generally are made via telephone call when something goes whacko while sawing.  I do not use my phone online.

They are definitely having issues. Finally got a shipping notification on one of the two orders I've made with the new site. Bill To had my dads name. Customer number was (I think) my dads customer number. Everything else was correct. Looked at the invoice and there's no sign of my dads information anywhere on it. So, somewhere along the line, they did something that squashed customer accounts together.

I only have one. My dad had one as well, but I assume it got transferred to the new owner a long time ago.

I did send a message to WM through their website explaining the problem. Hopefully that got through.

The customer # would not transfer to the new sawmill owner.  Wood-Mizer would issue the new sawmill owner his own customer #.

At least that is the way it was done when I bought my sawmill.

Unsure why they thought this was better. Surely cheaper to maintain.  Got excepted to be a customer  again but gave up after gliche in customer  info.
Surely  was me.😁.
Try again later. I've  got time to put parts back on shelf.

I meant the sawmill registration transferring, not the customer#.

The only thing I can think that happened is they merged database records together on address since I've inherited my parents place after they passed and have the same address. I can't think of any other way they'd link me to my dads account.
