So I was contacted about supplying some props for a boy's birthday party. He loves anything/everything about the outdoors plus fishing so I put some stuff together.

The Walnut Cookies were easy because these are from my stash that I loan out.  They are priced at $50 each so I always get them back.

Now I needed some stumps so I borrowed my Redbud pieces that I am letting dry before I slice cookies from them plus a Red Oak slab from the woodpile.  Some manila rope and a couple of ole antique fishing rod/reels and I can supply stumps or whatever they want to call them.  ;D

Wow, the pith is way off center. Are those from a limb?
What size are they and did you soak them in PEG or something?

Yes Jon, those ~10" Cookies came from a very dry limb off of this Very Valuable Walnut "Log".  Not soaked.

Actually the lower limb.  :)
