I don't mean to make light of a serious subject but I thought you might be intersted in this picture. This beaver had made his cut and then started making its way back to the pond when the tree fell on him.

I know this is hard to believe but this is an honest-to-God real picture I took it near my home at Ray Minnesota about 10 years ago.

Your right, accidents are no laughing matter.. ......except some are funny and some are strange. It's a human's sense of humor that allows him to laugh at even some very drastic accidents. It's the "political correctness" syndrome that makes us ashamed to chuckle at ours and others mistakes.

Check out the first thread of the Funny Story thread and you have my permission to laugh your heart out. I did.

Great pictures Mark. That must happen more frequently then you would think. I think we have 2 other similar instances on the forum of beavers that bit the big one. You have the best pictures by far though!
