I have a Stihl ms361 in which I split the cases to replace bearing and seals. I used all Stihl  oem gaskets and parts. I have a question concerning the metal cylinder base gasket and the gap from the case halves. Do I put a very small dab of Honda bond to assure a better seal?

We used gray Dirko for that, I don't have experience with Honda seal.  Just don't overdo it.
