Title: Bi-metal saws
Post by: Cartwright on November 08, 2019, 04:35:32 PM
Has anyone ran these bi-metal saws? Thinking about trying the 1.5 x. 50 turbo7 to see how much more footage I can get between changing saws.

I've just started running bi-metal 10 degree 1 1/2"x0.50 for sawing fir. I really like them. They're great for cutting tough butt logs and hold their edge better than the double hards, that I usually use. I haven't tried them on cedar yet. They were a good investment for me.
