Mary's beloved mower started to really bellow.  I checked the muffler and what I could see of the exaust pipe and that looked ok. But on further examination,  I found the exaust pipe broken off under the cylinder head. Before starting with with wrenches,  I got out the Bluecreaper and put just a scant drop on the nuts on the cylinder head and on the clamp nuts on the other end. This morning the nuts cracked lose with ease and were easily taken off. Maybe they would have anyway but why take a chance of twisting off a stud bolt in the head?

I'd like to think it was all the bluecreeper but you can think what you like. ;D

Thanks for the note.

I agree,  I've had plenty that looked this bad twist off the stud or round the nut off.  It would have been a trip to the shop, engine removed to replace a broken stud.

I'm glad it all worked out.

I hope you will keep posting the stories about using Bluecreeper.
