Sorry if this posts twice but it didn't look like it worked the first time so trying again.
I'm considering building my kiln chamber using metal insulated panels. They are insulated with closed cell foam and I can purchase for $2.25 sqft. I planned on coating the inside with Aluminized roofing paint. After reading a post here I realized my original dimn. would not allow me to load to capacity. Not wanting to go 14' high as suggested can I build the chamber to put 2 loads in side by side? Are the Nyle fans reversible? If not will this affect drying of the load in the back?
Thanks in advance for any Input

Look into using an insulated shipping container as a chamber, several of us on here have them and they work very well.  Also, even using your own lumber you can't build a chamber as cheap as you can when using an insulated shipping can.

Are you using Aluminium or S/S containers? What are the cost of these? I have looked online for an old refrigerated unit and its hard to tell if it's all aluminium construction or just lined. also the inside dimn on these seems a little narrow.
