I just started at a new job and was looking over the saws we have to use. I noticed that one of the bar studs was protruding, preventing the bar and face plate from sitting flush. It doesn't look like it screws in, so I'm not sure what the best option for repair is. Should I just try to lightly hammer it back in and reapply some sort of adhesive? The plastic does appear to be slightly warped around the stud. I have limited resources at my disposal in terms of tools.

Thanks!

Since it's a hexagonal seat in plastic, you gotta tap it down. Use a block of wood on bolt end and tap lightly. If it works back out, get some JB weld under it for the next tapping.
