Current temp is 20C, it's raining and humidity is 99%.

It's almost like being in the tropics.

More winter weather in SE Norway now than in the last 5 years combined. We have a foot of snow, with a foot more on the way on Sunday (I live in the lowlands. There's more snow futher up.) Teens and 20s all during Christmas, but by the end of the coming week, it may well be below zero here by the fjord and -40 inland--and I'm talking °F.
Cleared me a path to the woodpile...

Been storming here all day. Mostly rain, and sometimes snow. Hovering around 34F here.

Snowed all night here and still snowing, but very light, maybe an inch so far. Hovering around 31F. Going to drop into the teens by Monday.

I got about 3 inches of snow.

Most of it came in the night. Kinda snowed all day. Stayed just about above freezing all day.

I think pretty much the same as you Ray, I'm not even sure if 3" fell. It's still unsettled and at times yesterday I could see sun through thin clouds. I could see sky in the NW last night around 4:30, but it has never cleared. 30F here now. Before the storm came, for 2 days, it was sunny north of the mountain here and it was like one big cloud over us and no sun.

We had no sun at all yesterday. Low hanging clouds all day.
Went down to the step son's not much more than a ½ hour away and not much snow.
No cold temps in the next week coming. Can happen anytime now. It is January now.
Sun is shining bright for now.

Still light snow this morning, hasn't cleared out. I scooped out the 2" we had here.

Looks like cold beginning Monday and colder by Friday, teens and twenties for highs.

Took down the Christmas tree and wreath to the burn pile and seen grouse tracks under the spruce trees below the garden, where the old orchard used to be. So they are around and out of sight. Lots of yellow birch down there I planted and likely catkins to eat. I know the big old wild one has a lot on it, growing next to the field. They love those. Funny how those things will migrate from big woods into these one acre or two patches that used to be orchards. Curiosity gets the better of them. ;D

Bridgewater is only about a mile from here in a straight line. The things people do for sport. I thought there was a big crack down on such explosives in the US after a few bombings. But you can't believe the news BS. ;D

Cold I might by the single numbers.  ;D 
I don't want to be like the weather reporters. It's going to be cold and they talk about 20°.
But I knew what you meant.
Just like when they talk about how bad the roads are on an over pass and the free way is bare.  :D and down to 45 MPH.
Our tree is still up. 7 year old Granddaughter from Mexico will be up on Tuesday to see the tree and the house lite up. I have not seen her in person for 4 years. But facetime at least twice a week. Wife goes down once a year to see her.

Definitely not -20 or -30 weather showing up. But a morning of 8 or 10F is kinda cool if you're in a walled tent for the night. :D The average Jan temp used to hover around 0F, it hasn't for a few years now. We have actually gained one rank (zone) in frost hardiness for this area.
