Average shrinkage for Ponderosa Pine in steam kiln?

Looking to make finished 3/4  t & g. Also 8/4 furniture grade finished to 1 3/4 for doors and so forth. I am new to this forum and its great thx. Brett from New Mexico..

Ponderosa Pine has a tangential shrinkage rate of 5% @ 6%MC and a radial shrinkage rate of 3.1% @ 6% MC

While there is "some" shrinkage, it is negligable and would depend on how it is cut (flat or quartered).

My advice would be to go with 4/4 and 8/4 on these, leaving you with 3/16 to 1/4" for planing to size later.
