sandwich does anyone eat them I even eat mashed potato's cold on a sandwich with lots of salt pepper and mayo  food1 digin1 digin_2 musteat_1

Had some left over mashed potatos this week. Fixed me some tater cakes. Ate them with some eggs for breakfast and had several left. Came in that evening and intended to fix something to go with them. Started eating them and the heck with anything to go with them. They were better at room temp then when hot. Made a meal of them. Love them.

Na, never have,, but won't rule it out,, I like to make fried pats out of them, I reckon it depends on the hurry situation,, ;D
