Thecfarm,   I brought the log from down the road to the driveway, then reballanced the log in the choker, and rolled it onto the mill by hand, only about 30# tongue weight. Didn't take much to push it. I love the worm gear winch, but it is very slow, so I am going to replace it with a Warn 3000# ATV winch, and will be able to roll the log on the bed without much effort....   Andy
