mill question

hi everyone just about got my mill completed ran into afew problems.mill trailer is complety level but blade seems to be tipping back a little.think when i welded it the heat pulled the head back does this sound logical.iam going to use carter guides can anyone tell me how these should be set up in relation to mill bed. thanks for any help.will post some pics when get mill finished.

Welcome, ;D there are some other threads on welding here you should check out. Welding can and will cause metal to pull one way or another as it cools , some pictures would :P help in describing the problem and its solution. I don't know Carter guides. Hope your mill works well for you.
