I milled, planed and polished these last Dec/Jan.  The frame was raised in August. I think we're gonna put another coat of heritage exterior oil on the frame.

Awesome work Brad. Glad I'm getting to see some your new empire and results from all the sawing you've been doing.

Quite a place you're building there.  Could you post the site plan, elevations, some drone footage, . . . and while you're at it, artist rendering of the overall project?  :D

Thanks for posting. Looking good.

One day, but not yet...and thanks.  I'm going to have a lot of cool stuff to show off when closer to done.  Now in a big push on a bunch of stuff before winter.

Really nice, it makes me think your horses might be a little spoiled  ;).

You've got that right!  Some people put a lot of time and money into building a show car, well these are show Barns.

Great work. Love the Osage and cedar. Impressive barn

Brad_bb

No cedar.  Osage braces and white oak timbers.  Strong like bull!

I sent hedge apples to @firefighter ontheside I think.  It was for seeds and no idea if they germinated.

They did not.  I planted them in a planter by my shop and they did not grow.

did you take time to talk with them (the seeds)?  maybe it takes a few years.  we could try saplings.  :usa:

I found a nursery that sell Osage orange seedlings I could start a few. Musser was the name of the nursery.
