Is it true that the only way to post a video is to post to U-tube first?

Basically yes, perhaps one of the other video hosting sites would work but I don't know for sure.

I use Rumble and link my video's to the Forestry Forum. 
YouTube and Google are in bed together and common knowledge what they are up to these days.

i have just put together a short video with photos and some captions, no narrative and am now exploring how to post it. It may be simple for some  but for me the logistics and sequences of sign in to your google account and create a you tube account is going to take a while.
i used the included video editor on windows10 to put together the video together. That was not to bad. I might check out the rumble option also if that
 works with the administrators here. You tubes censoring and political stance makes me want to avoid them but  I will do whatever it takes to a point.
