Qty 15: 4" x 4" x 8ft actual size (posts, sills, girts, and tie beams)
Qty 3: 4" x 6" x 10ft actual size (beam for roof rafters to rest on)
Thanks.

I am not from there, but when we lived in western Ks, the local lumberyard carried rough sawn white oak planks for the oil field trucks.  Used to make a road in fields, and go across ditches with trucks.  do you have a state forester near you.  might check with them and any oil field or ag delivery type companies for leads.  I bought several and planed them to make beams in my barn roof.

To start, check here on the forestry forum database for sawmills near you. Call them and ask if they can provide you with your stock list of lumber.

Next move outward to another state near you. If you talk to someone ask them if they know anyone who would be able to supply you once they say no.

There are lots of websites to find lumber. One is woodfinder.com. Also woodplanet.com maybe even woodweb.com.

It shouldn't be that hard to find what you want you just have to spend some time doing it. And be willing to travel to pick the stuff up.
