Make shift Jonsered 111s crank seal Information Please

I have been looking for a crank gasket for this IIIs saw and have had afew dead ends . I have had   one suggestion to try a lock-tight product which I may be forced to try. Is any one out there made there own gasket from paper ,if so how and what thickness do you use. Give me the good oil.
